On-line Registration: CLOSED!


Day-of Registration: 
We have designed the conference program unlike any ordinary conference and each daily and evening event sets out to help you create strong personal and professional bonds with your peers. Therefore, delegates are asked to register between 1:00 and 7:00 pm on July 26th (the night before the conference). Detailed information for registration will be posted in early June.

Check-in for Accommodations:
There are 2 options for accommodations:
Option 1 (July 25 - 30, 2016): Are you planning on attending the fun-filled FREE field trip on July 26th? If so, you will be required to travel to Kingston on July 25th. Accommodations for 5 nights are available for those who wish to attend the FREE field trip. 
Option 2 (July 26 - 30, 2016): Not planning on attending the FREE field trip? No problem. Registration opens on July 26 so accommodations of 4 nights are made available to those who do not wish to participate in the pre-WatIF field trip.
